2023 Property Taxes Due

2023 Property Taxes are due by September 18, 2023. They become interest baring the following day.
Taxes will be committed by August 1, 2023 (UPDATE: taxes committed 07/24/2023). The 2023 TAX BILLS & COMMITTMENT BOOKS are now available online (Click the link and go to Documents > Assessing & Taxes). Tax bills will be mailed to the assessed owner as of April 1, 2023 by August 1.
Payments can be made:
- Online (if paying online after the due date, interest must be included)
- In person during regular business hours (cash, check, credit/debit*)
- By mail
- In the drop-box to the right of the front door (checks only) after hours
- By Phone (using a credit/debit*)
Overpayments up to $100.00 will automatically be credited to the following years taxes. For a current balance, please contact the Tax Collector’s Office at (207) 643-2812 or email townofsolon.clerk@yahoo.com.
*credit/debit transactions incur a 2.5% processing fee as part of your payment.
