Nomination Papers Available

November 27, 2025

If you would like to run for one of the municipal offices below, nomination papers may be obtained from the Clerk’s Office as of Thursday, November 27, 2025. Nominees must collect a minimum of 25, but no more than 75, signatures of Solon registered voters to be added to the ballot for the upcoming town meeting. Nomination papers must be returned to the Clerk’s Office no later than Tuesday, January 6, 2026 by 4:00 pm.

  • Selectmen/Assessor/Overseer-of-the-Poor (3-year-term, must be Solon resident)
  • Road Commissioner (1-year-term)
  • RSU 74 Scchool Board Board of Directors (3-year-term, must be a Solon resident)
